Does Think Cinema have a location?
No. We do not currently have a brick and mortar location, but can facilitate demonstrations of past work.
What areas does Think Cinema service?
Think Cinema services the GTA and surrounding area. If you require our services elsewhere, accommodations can be made. Please contact us for more information.
Where can I demo an entertainment system you provide?
We have a variety of locations through our dealer relationships that can offer demonstration of various systems and products we recommend. If you are interested in a showing please contact us to make arrangements.
Is consultation free?
There is a consultation fee, which is reimbursed if and when the client goes forward with the project.
How much does a home cinema cost?
The price of a home cinema depends on many factors. In order to give you a precise quote we recommend a consultation. Please contact us for more information.
Do you install product that was not purchased through Think Cinema?
Yes. However, we highly recommend having a project manager or audio-visual consultant help you find your product. This is the only way we can guarantee that the system adheres to our gold standards. Poor product choices can end up creating further expenses in the long run.
How long does installation take?
Think Cinema strives to provide timely service that works within your schedule. Timelines can vary greatly based on the project. Bear in mind that many circumstances (such as weather conditions, client availability, product availability, and work area conditions) can affect completion dates.

Are your products guaranteed?
All products sourced and sold through Think Cinema are brand new and fully warranted unless otherwise specified.
Does Think Cinema offer repairs on my home electronics?
Generally, we do not offer product repairs. If you have a product that needs repairs or part replacements we advise you to contact the original manufacturer.
Whom do I contact if I have a problem or concern with my system?
In case of concern we advise you to call your project manager, who is trained to provide you with the best service possible.
If there’s something strange in my neighborhood, who should I call?
When do I pay for products?
Products are paid for in full after the proposal has been finalized, the contract has been signed, and before orders are placed.
When do I pay for installation?
Installation is paid for after project completion.
Do I pay by credit card, cheque or cash?
Think Cinema accepts credit card, cheque, cash and e-transfer payments.
I have a special work schedule, can you adapt to this?
We strive to accommodate every schedule. Please contact us to discuss your specific availability and we will do our best to provide you with a convenient arrangement.
What are your operation hours?
Think Cinema operates from 9am to 9pm Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays. We strive to accommodate the client’s need. For example, should a commercial client require an over-night install, it can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
What do I need to watch 4K?
You need a 4K Ultra HD compatible TV or projector, a high-speed HDMI (category 2) cable and a player or streaming device capable of playing 4K Ultra HD content.
What do I need to watch a Blu-ray?
You need an HDTV and a compatible Blu-ray player.
Will Think Cinema sell or set up my unauthorized streaming / pirating device?
Think Cinema is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, period.
